中翻英範例

一、本合約係依據經濟部『科技研究發展專案計畫管理辦法』、『促進企業開發產業技術推動辦法』及甲方「鼓勵開發示範性資訊應用作業程序」等相關規定辦理。

二、本合約簽訂後，前項所列各項法規、辦法或其他相關法令如有修正，甲方得視需要，函請乙方比照相關之新規定辦理，乙方不得拒絕；乙方非經甲方同意，不得主張依新規定辦理。

Implementation Principle

1. This contract is managed based on the Ministry of Economic Affairs' " Regulations Governing Technological Research and Development Project" and " Regulations Governing Promotion of Industrial Technology Development by Enterprise," Party A's " Procedure for Encouragement of the Development of Demonstrative Information Application System " and other relative re-gulations.

2. Once the contract signed, if any rules, regulations or ot her relevant acts are revised, Party A may ask Party B to implement the project according to the new rules related, Party B cannot refuse it. Unless Party B has got Party A's agreement, Party B cannot assert to implement the project based on the new rules
